"The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."

"Vinyl was installed on Monday with no problems. Carpeting was installed on Tuesday, again with no problems. All floors were renailed to eliminate squeaks and loose floor boards. The carpeting in the study required moving and working around a large, heavy custom made computer desk. The owner's son conquered this obstacle with no problem! "My basement flooring project went awry when a subcontractor from Lowe's came to give an estimate on vinyl plank flooring, but did not account for the 2" height difference in the corner. This would have required the basement floor to be leveled, which I was informed would cost nearly double the amount that was paid for the floor parts and installation. After receiving multiple quotes from different contractors, I chose to work with Billy as he provided a solution to our problem. We decided to go with the Polycrete flooring he suggested, and are very happy with the results. Extremely durable, resistant to chemical stains, efflorescence and moisture - couldn't have asked for a better solution. I had an excellent experience working with him and his team. I had to break the job into two time frames and he was more than accommodating. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and professional. Given the two-part process, the job was completed in a very reasonable time frame and was fairly priced, based on other quotes I received. I've learned more about my basement than I ever thought I would in these past few months. I did plenty of research (both online and with contractors) and the results finally paid off."
