"Woke up to no hot water on Friday. I immediately starting thinking, "I'ts Friday, I won't even get anyone out here until Monday." I called Joyce Cooling & Heating and was told that they would have someone out that day, and that the Technician would call a half hour before arrival. Sure enough, the Technician called that afternoon and arrived right on time. Our Technician Josh, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running within an hour! "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "I noticed flooding in the basement bathroom but was unable to turn off the water to the toilet, since the shutoff value was broken. I called Eddie. He asked me some questions over the phone to isolate the problem and told me he would be at my home within two hours. He arrived on schedule, found the problem- a part of the main drain was clogged. He removed the toilet and snaked the main drain, thus solving the problem.  The old toilet was greatly deteriorated, He replaced the toilet, including installing a new shutoff value.
