Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."

The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties.
