"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"Complete Comfort really helped our family out in a bind! It was 11 AM on a Saturday when we realized we had no not water in the house. We called Complete Comfort and had someone at our house by 2:30 that same day. The water heater was really old and had leaked and corroded to the point where the pilot light would no longer light, so we had to replace it with a new one and also had to have some necessary updates done as a result of new codes that have happened since the old one was initially installed. They had the new one installed by noon that Monday! Couldn't ask for more than a 48 hour turnaround from first call to install, especially when the issue didn't pop up until a weekend when several companies are not even open. "Before we closed on our property we contacted several HVAC companies for quote for the cost to replace a dead heat pump.  Jim from Irish Air was the most responsive, and most trustful.  He was able to meet with us on specific time at the property.  After checking the heat pump unit and furnace and considering our needs, he discussed different options with us, and within one day emailed us the written quote for the option we chose.  He was able to send his crew to install the heat pump unit as soon as we closed on the property.  The installation job was done very professionally.  We have been very happy with the new heat pump, and with Irish Air. "

"Our heat pump needed to be replaced and our furnace wasn't as efficient as it could have been so we decided to replace it all. After a consultation Bassett recommended a system for our house that included a furnace and standard air conditioner. We also had zones in our house but because we have an open stairway (in a not that big house) they also recommended doing away with the zones. We went with the recommendation and that first winter (last year) our house was so cold in the winter months. We were told that by letting the fan circulate all the time it would eliminate cold spots. What we didn't realize is that they never inspected or evaluated our current ductwork. It is undulated and as a result the air that circulates is always cold. The upstairs is cold and without a quartz heater in our family room, it too would be cold. We called them back to check and we were told that it seemed to be working fine. Putting a thermometer in the register said that there was heat. Later, in this summer my husband talked to them again anticipating this winter. We were told we might want to go back to having zones. It would only cost us another $1,000 or so to make that change. 

As for installation, that was done very professionally and neatly. They were prompt and polite. I would say to do your own research before Bassett ever comes and be prepared to make a decision based on that rather than what they may recommend. If I could figure out how to put that old furnace back in, I sure would. It worked much better for winter heat than this one does."

"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."
