They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. I ended up going with another company who fixed my issue by replacing a part."

It was until all these efforts that i finally received direct deposit reimbursement at the end of Sept. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not honor its agreements.
