"Friendly, respectful, and courteous . . . and they know what they are doing! Kept me informed. Listened to my concerns and preferences and addressed them. When they ran into a problem with a defective part from the manufacturer, they took their time to figure out the problem and get it fixed right. They installed a heat pump for the bottom two floors of my 120-year-old home, and they will be back to do another install for the top two floors.
