"I was very impressed with the work done by Hawk Air Duct Cleaining. After a mold remediation, I wanted the ducts cleaned to make sure they were not harboring any spores or toxins from that incident. Hawk was professesional, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job. Their vacuum truck creates a negative pressure in the whole system and then they cleaned each duct individually. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
