"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent. Waylon and his team were very professional, answered all questions I had and performed superb service. Within the past year, I have had a few issues with my HVAC system. First go around, I contacted a different company who came by to access the issue and repair. For the time and labor involved (less than an hour) I feel I paid an outrageous amount but it needed to be done (summer time in the Panhandle of FL). The second issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor was handled by Waylon at H&W. Again another less than hour job to access and fix the issue but this time Waylon explained why this fix would be a "Band-Aid" to a bigger problem and advised looking into replacing my unit soon due to it's age and wear. All in all this cost me a third of the price from the previous visit by the other company. Fast forward to this past week, I contacted H&W and another company to get a quote for HVAC replacement. The first company came by and gave a detailed review of what would be done. H&W did the same but forwarded me the quote same day. The other company didn't get back to me until 3 days later, needless to say they missed out. Waylon and his professional team came by and completed the job, ran through everything they took care of and even followed up on additional questions I had at the end. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not contact them for any HVAC issue, big or small."

"Beyond expectations! Very hard workers! Got to my condo and went straight to work, worked without break for four hours straight. It’s a 3 member team (husband , wife, and adult son). They work so well together. Went above and beyond. Helped me go through my entire closet getting rid of so much accumulated stuff; reorganized my closet, and hauled all of it away for me, in addition to deep cleaning everything. My condo looks and smells amazing!!!! I’ve already booked for a monthly visit. Had absolutely zero concerns about them in my home. They were very respectful of my property and my two chihuahuas following them around! Great price for four hours, 3 employees. Better than other estimates that were for one or two and very limited services. Others did very basic walk through cleaning and wouldn’t move anything to clean under-even on countertops-only wipe around. This team lifted up my couch and mopped under it too!!!!"

"Great customer service. They took the time to understand what I needed before coming out. The electrician was very knowledgeable, quickly fixed all the issues, and even taught me a bunch of things while he was working!"

"Daniel worked me into their schedule very quickly and Kevin, the Operations Manager called when he was 10 minutes out. He arrived right on time and was exceptional. He took a lot of his time to explain the workings of the two thermostats, the A/C unit and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and could have ripped me off like some businesses do. He did not. He welcomed us to the new community (we just moved) and he did not charge us for his patient tutoring. I would trust him and this company for future service. You can't find them like this anymore. Thanks Kevin for the great customer service."

"I have use this company multiple times, I have had my heater repaired and my ac condenser serviced. The technician is on time and friendly. I will continue to use this company for any future service or repairs to my units."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"They're good. The A/C was very old and they let us know that it'd need replacing in time. They did a band-aid fix for now. They were prompt and when the A/C did break down, they remembered us; they gave us a good deal and even came after hours. They were professional and friendly. They explained exactly what was happening and showed us what they did. Overall, they provided very, very good service."

"The customer service and repair was great."

"They were absolutely great. They were always on time. Very professional. Very helpful. Covered everything with plastic. I couldn't ask for a better service."
