"The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

"They showed up in a timely fashion to provide me a quote.  After assessing his cost and the cost of another competitor, and pricing out renting a power washer for 4 hours, I decided to do the work myself.  I had a small enough house that I decided I could get it done and save myself some money.
If I had a bigger house or one that was significantly dirty, I would have utilized their services.

"This was a small job so we were thrilled that Jeff Tomasello was able to work it into his schedule during busy summer months.  While we had some extra replacement tile, a lot of the tile that had fallen off had mortar and/or adhesive built up on it that was very difficult to remove.  Jeff reused the old tile by soaking and removing all of the old adhesive.  Where we didn't have the proper sized replacement for a broken tile, he had the appropriate tool to cut the tile to fit.  He also purchased mortar that was an exact match.  Due to the difficulty of cleaning old tile, it took 3 days to complete the job.  The porch looks like new again and Jeff and his office staff were a pleasure to work with!
