"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. "They came out and gave an estimate for a new boiler and we contracted with them for the replacement. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a few issues after the installation with air getting in the line and blocking the flow of hot water. However, Our installation came with a 1 year service contract and they returned to remedy the problem promptly and professionally. Bell stands behind their work. Our drainage system was damaged which led to flooding of the drains around our house. Then, you guessed it, we battled with flooding in our basement. He did a fabulous job and respected our property from beginning to end. He gently removed and replaced hedges that impeded the repair. The repair was reseeded and the hedges were mulched after he replaced them. The job is finished and he left the work area better than he found it.
