"Have not had any issues with new water filter/softener. It works very well, we had a minor issue during a really bad storm. Company was responsive and fixed the problem quickly. Lot's of services are offered free or discounted for the lifespan of the system."

"Approximately ten months ago, we purchased a system for cash. Promised a follow up water test, but still have not had any one come. Installation leaked and discharge emptied UNDER my house. Now system doesn't appear to work properly, but no one will come back. Did have one appointment, but no-show. Phone number is only answering service. Left numerous messages asking for help. Owner, Bob Ciano's vm mailbox has been full for a long time and texts go unanswered. Be cautious. Even read article about unhappy people in Beaufort."
