When Miguel arrived on Friday, the 11th, he thoroughly inspected the outside issue before explaining what work needed to be done and the associated costs. Both septic tanks were dug up and cleaned out. He later suggested that we have the tank lids replaced to above-ground covers so as to avoid a digging charge in the future. Unfortunately, he did not have those with him but he called the main office to have someone else finish that part of the job. The other workers (Ron and Johnny) came back on Monday, the 14th, to finish the above-ground covers. The work was done while no one was at home, but I came back to a great job. Have already recommended them to someone else.

The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They did their job and cleaned up well. They showed us how it would work when they were done. We feel they did a good job at what was needed. We would hire them again if needed.
