Within 2 hours, he had identified a failed motor, sourced the parts, and gotten me a very reasonable quote for replacement. Parts arrived the next day, when he and Sam came out to install, got the whole system back up and running normally, and cleaned up. They did the job for the price they quoted, in the time they quoted it, without trying to sell me an entire new A/C system.... can't tell you how much that's appreciated.
