"He came out within about 2 hrs of me calling, which was great. He cleaned everything, replace freon, and advised me on how to handle future problems. The best thing was he did not try to sell me a new unit. All of my HVAC equipment in my house is older, and anytime I have had anyone else over for any reason they always try and sell me on new furnace/AC etc. He did not. "Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"

"Got my ductwork cleaned out and replace 23 outlet covers. All done in record time. Very friendly and professional and explained the whole process as he went and showed me all the junk that came out of my ducts. Cleaned up as he went along and couldn't even tell he had been here except that there's no dust floating around in the air now."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
