"Our central air conditioner began to fail on Easter weekend. I contacted F&F and they responded immediately. Rick checked the system out completely and diagnosed the problem. It was the motor and he went about securing one by Saturday morning. By Saturday evening, my ac unit was repaired, the motor replaced and our home began cooling down again. The motor was not a standard model and this was a holiday weekend yet they still came through for us. I cannot say enough about the response and excellent customer service that we received. "This was my first time using this company after using another company for many years. This company is absolutely awesome!
The were punctual, calling before they arrived, went right to work evaluating the system. They did things to the AC/Heat system I hadn't seen done for awhile. 
When they were done, they thoroughly explained everything they saw both in the attic and in the portion of the unit in the back yard. We decided to replace a capacitor that day and to get an estimate on duct work repair/replacement.
They cleaned up after themselves. 
The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgable.
