He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. This provider was assigned to me as part of my home warranty, so the service fee was a flat 75.00. I called because there was a musty odor coming from my heating unit. The tech was very helpful and detailed in his investigation. It turns out the pea trap that the heater and humidifier was draining into was dry. The tech went into the crawlspace to check out the pipes. He hooked up a temporary fix by adding some extra piping near the drain by the heater where I could add additional water to the pea trap. The real fix would need to be done by a plumber.
