"I do not recommend this company. They hired someone to come and put water system in they cut holes in the garage wall and hydrosmart did not come back to fix the holes that was made. So if you want someone to cut up your house these are the people I have called them several times they kept promising to come and fix it. Now they won't answer my call. I would find someone else to do a better job. Very disappointed "

"The tech began a sales speech before he even checked our tankless water heater.We had to sign papers for him to get started, then he told us the cost and warranty for a new tankless was over 5 grand. He had not even looked at the unit and when he did,he did not know what he was doing. I called another company and that tech said ARS had hooked it up backwards. I had to replace the unit and it only cost me about $2,800 and I feel ARS was part of the problem. Please stop calling me."
