"We were selling the house and wanted to be sure that the system was operating correctly. We bought on Angie's list a service check for our system. For $129 they would service our system twice during the year and give us/new buyer priority service and a discount on any service required and parts. When they came the service man found that we had a leak and said it would cost $629 plus materials to fix. We were surprised and asked if we got a discount because we bought the service. The service person said it did not apply to the coupon we purchased. He repaired the system and did give us a 10% discount when we asked if their was a senior discount. We paid a little over $800 after the discount for the service and freon. 
I looked up the coupon we purchased and found that it said we should get a 20% discount on labor and parts. The coupon also said they would replace filters, which they did not.
I called the company and was told that the coupon was wrong, but they would give a discount and a check would be sent the next day. I was only able to talk to the secretary and not the owner. When we did not receive a check in a week I called back and was told they had misplaced it and it would go out, but we would only get 20% on the labor not on the freon ($267) as that was material, not a part. It seemed crazy that it was not a part, but they were firm on that. It took another week for the check to arrive.
Overall it was not what I would call a pleasant experience and would make me leery of buying coupons on Angie's list.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"They arrived on time, are very pet friendly. We had a red Kool-Aid stain on a light colored carpet in the family room that another carpet cleaning company said was impossible to remove (they tried twice without success).... Carpet Police removed it! We were considering replacing our carpet, but now we can do it on our time table, rather than having to because of an embarrassing stain. The rest of the carpet looks outstanding.

"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. "Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Chris was a great guy, but he had to leave twice (on the clock) and travel to the hardware store to get parts that typically plumbers and installers would have on hand. a small valve and standard tubing. As a customer, I dont' think I should have had to pay for 2 trips to the store. (extra hour)"

"Estimate was explained clearly. Installation guys were neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Owner kept us informed the loop as to progress and timeline. Price was very fair. Will continue to use Saguaro Air for maintenance. I will recommend this company for your HVAC needs"

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."
