"Finding someone to install a water softener seems like one of those tasks where you can easily find yourself in trouble because of sales people wanting to sell you expensive equipment that is not needed and/or getting someone who provides shoddy workmanship. After seeing the stellar reviews on Angie's List for AOK Water Services, I gave them a call. Kevin and Kristie came out, and we talked about my options. They had a cost sheet with simple pricing, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Our discussion was more like talking with a knowledgeable good neighbor that you have known for years. I did not need to interview any other company. We scheduled the installation at a time convenient for me. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, it was raining heavily and my unit was being installed outside. Kristie contacted me plenty of time in advance of my appointment and rescheduled for a time that was good for me. Kevin came out on time and had the unit installed and working with no issues within the timeframe communicated. If you need a water softener, I urge you to call AOK. Not only are the prices reasonable and their professionalism is of the highest standard, but they also have a healthy respect for the men and women who serve in our military."

Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile."
