"Called Flotechs at 8:45 am and Jose and Joey showed up at 10:30 am. They figured out the issue quickly and explained everything they were doing to me as they were running tests throughout the house. As we were testing each bathroom, they noted other issues they could fix while they were here. They solved the major problem (water hammering) quickly and also handled four other minor repairs at the same time. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
