"My husband and I have been wanting to place a privacy fence in our back yard since fall of 2023, we called multiple local businesses with no answer and very little call backs. My husband found Legacy Outdoor Living on Angi's List. Immediately we got a call back and met Austyn with a quote for a 350 foot cap & rail privacy fence. We waited about 3 months from the initial quote to the day of installing the fence. Until that time we had prepared by cutting trees down, stump grinding, and surveying the land. Now, it is January and the weather has been so unpredictable. That did not stop Austyn from coming to work in frigid temperatures with 6 inches of snow and ice. We made sure he had plenty of hot coffee and a little fire nearby to keep him warm. We are so happy with his work and can easily say we have the best looking fence in the entire neighborhood!"

After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."

It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. We also do lawn maintenance, house cleaning and much more. Ask about our senior and veteran discounts. I called our insurance, and their recommended contractor did not even call me back, but Clint and his team immediately swung into action and helped with the remediation and correcting the issue (cleanup, flood cuts, structure dry out, replacement of damaged walls, floors, millwork, etc.). I met with my Landscaper to review some extensive exterior work (storm erosion cleanup, correct leaning retaining wall, replace eroded stone areas and damaged rip rapped channel) and he could not get to it, but Clint and his team were able to get a crew out there immediately to correct these issues also. I would highly recommend Clint and his team at Mid Tenn Trades. Their attention to detail is superb."
