"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"Genove Oil was recommended by a friend of mine and after contacting Genove oil to set up an inspection I was positively surprised how quick I had a technician come and inspect my system despite the current Covdi-19 situation. The Initial phone call was on day 1; inspection as well as quote for an oil tank replacement (old one was leaking) on day 2 which was a Friday. Monday was a holiday and Tuesday morning within a few hours I had the old tank replaced with a brand new one. Technicians were very friendly and made sure to explain what to keep an eye on (as a first time homeowner this was highly appreciated)."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"<p>I called Kris U. in a panic because an unethical contractor had totally messed up our very expensive HVAC system, and the condensers had been sitting unconnected for 18 months! Called Sila, they had no idea what to do. Called Kris and he sent in Gregg H. to reconnect everything, drain the condensers and recharge them again. He did a great job and it turned out we did not have to buy new condensers -- hooray!</p> <p>I highly recommend this company, since no one else was willing or had the inclination to tackle this.</p>"

The entire process from getting a quote to completing the installation couldn't have been any better. Joe went over the full scope of the project including the ramifications if any additional work was needed. I don't think one could find a better HVAC company than Airco!"

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

"We hired 128 to help us update our plumbing in 2019. When we needed HVAC services for our cooling and heating system we were quick to hire 128 again. Most recently we had them out for our annual heating tune up and they provided an option to install a Reme Halo air purifier. I opted to have them install one because it kills germs and viruses in the air (like the common cold and coronavirus) and it also gets rid of smells in the home from cooking and my stinky dog! I love that they provide all home services so I don’t have to search around when I need someone! Would recommend to anyone!"

"This kind technician came out to check my AC found that the compressor wasn’t working and noticed that the unit was burnt out but compressor is under warranty and are going to replace it 100% fabulous work done by my young gentleman here and the backing is 100% 100%"
