"I asked Genove to come out and look at an air conditioner that wasn't working. They identified a problem and we talked briefly about repair. They said it could take two to four hours to find the leak in our refrigerant lines. They didn't bring nitrogen with them to pump into the system to check for leaks, which was frustrating but within the confines of what a diagnostic visit could entail. I know other companies come prepared to do more, but it's certainly not required. We opted not to repair so the relationship very short-lived."

We were worried about what we heard about the noise factor with high velocity units and these guys take great care to design the lengths and add sound-dampening material to the last 3 feet of the vents. The whole system is super impressive. Couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."

"It has been awesome. We had a wonderful experience with them. If we had any questions, we could just pick up the phone and call them, and we are always able to talk to somebody. I would recommend them highly. We looked into different plans. We looked at plans for renting or leasing or other features under awning. I think they are a little high, but I think for what we got, the price was reasonable. Obviously, we took the plunge and did it because they were guaranteeing us zero electric bills and eventually, the fact that we would be selling electricity back to the electric company and that we would be making our money back over a period of time. Everything they told us was correct. That is all happening. I think the initial sticker price was a little shocking, but we are recouping our money."
