"I had a very negative experience with this company. The staff, from the office to the manager and technician, were consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. They displayed hostility toward me as a customer, to the point where I had to involve law enforcement to have them removed from my property. There was no transparency regarding labor or parts, and they failed to provide clear answers to my questions. They refused to conduct a walkthrough at the end of the job or address concerns about their charges. Additionally, they claimed the job was completed when it was neither finished nor inspected. To make matters worse, they worked without obtaining the required permit, despite it being mandatory in Centennial before starting the work. This company showed a lack of accountability and professionalism throughout the process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone."

The 2 technicians they sent out were amazing they fixed both issues same day. They took the time to explain the issue and how they could fix it. They even took some time to pet our dog. Could not recommend a better company then the team at Shahood and Sons!"
