"Texas Quality Plumbing was easy to work with from the start.  They are quite responsive in terms of bidding and answering the phone. The service team showed up on time and had the required materials on board the truck.
Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.

"I walked into my bdrm and stepped on wet carpet. After checking for the obvious, faucets leaking or toilet and couldn't find it, I felt the wall that was wet. I called Brazosport Plumbing and they knew how to find the leak right away. They opened a small hole in the wall and he was able to fix the leak right away. By them coming right away and knowing what to look for and where, they saved us from having worse damage. The technician was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would call them before anyone else for any issue. The prices were reasonable and there were no trip fees or admin charges or anything of the sort. "My next door neighbor had the same issue and highly recommended this company.  I probably wouldn't have used them if I checked Angies List (given the poor reviews).  So glad I listened to her!  They scheduled within 2 days, stating any time between 9-12 and was willing to with my schedule.  He came at 9:30 am and called 30 min before like I had asked.  Unlike other reviews, I found them extremely professional, helpful and reasonable in cost. The next day while I was out of town, a neighbor called to say that there was a little more than usual amount of water coming out from the side of my house.  Forgive me since I am not savy with these things!  I called on Saturday and received a call back within a few hours.  A friend was able to meet him on Monday at the house and he quickly fixed the problem (no charge!).  I was also able to text the plumber personally and this eased my mind tremendously.
