"I have used this company for at least three (3) years. They are on spot for diagnostics and repairs not to mention great customer service. On all request for service, an acknowledgment was immediately received or a phone call with an appointment scheduled for the same day, date and time and follow-up. My AC went on the blink and he was scheduled to be out of town but came to fix before he left that day. Very conscientious! Customer service orientated, listens to customer and does not push for additional services , unless needed. Knows the business. I definetly will use him in the future and recommend him."

They put drop clothes down everywhere they would be working, had nice equipment, and were fast working ( but not too fast ).  I will definitely go back to these guys for air duct or dryer vent cleaning services.

Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. My husband and I had never tried the fireplace before, this is our second winter here. The home also has central heat which is what we used last winter. The technician was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He tried some things and asked some questions. It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace.
