"I would recommend, if you have ANY questions about your air quality you contact this company. He was completely honest and transparent. I felt safe, as a woman, not being taken advantage of."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Michael came out to test my home's air quality. The home began feeling damp and heavy this spring so we wanted to be safe. Michael from Aerus came out on time, was entirely professional and walked me through every phase of his testing. We ended up needing some quality control and he was able to get us financed for a medical grade air scrubber and it has made a world of differences.... next spring we will tackle this well water with Michael's help as well."

"Exceptional service! We recently hired Major 7 Restoration to address water damage in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and communicative every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure that our home was restored to its pre-damage condition, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services."

"We contacted several companies to learn how they clean the duct system and the cost. Ah-Choo was the most expensive but after speaking to other companies, they appeared to be the most qualified. They came out for an estimate promptly and explained exactly what they would do. They have a 3 step process where the other two companies had a one step process. One company did not even come out.....he gave me a quote on the phone and indicated that they would clean the ducts for $795 but would not clean the air vents in the ceiling. I was disturbed by this and did not even give them any real consideration.
Although Ah-Choo is twice as expensive as the other two companies, but my husband and I felt we were going to get a thorough cleaning. We have owned our house for 11 years with our house being a total of 30 years old. We had never had the ducts cleaned. So a very good cleaning was what we were looking for. We believe we got exactly that. It was worth the extra cost.

"Mark was EXTREMELY professional and kind! Not only did he take the time to explain the process in every detail, he also was prompt with communication via text, calls, and emails. I procured his services for lead testing at a property I manage for inspection purposes-we passed! Even if we had not, the experience with Mold X was rather enjoyable during the pandemic. I HIGHLY recommend MOLD X!!! THANK you Mark and Mold X"

"We experienced a pungent smell in our washroom and had a technician perform a humidity and leak assessment. He discovered nothing. I reached out to Hometown Restoration and the very next day, Samuel appeared. He said he could perform air, dampness, as well as another complete testing for $300. I understood. Once the team arrived at our house, Samuel told us there's no need to spend extra money. Hometown Restoration's principles and honesty are unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about this company. Hometown Restoration's customer experience is outstanding! Thank you very much!"
