"My furnace was giving me a fit, would light but no heat, I'm assuming something like a gas valve or something, the gentleman I talked to said it's a spider web and he would be out to take a look at it and clean it out. He showed up, cleaned out the spider web and I have heat. Now let's talk about honesty, he could have came out and said I needed new parts and racked up a bill, nope not this place. You don't get service like this very often. I'm a customer for life now."

I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.
