When you have your local city inspector tell you during inspection of the tank installation that "oh, Joyce did it? Then I don't even need to look at the installation...". That was a ringing endorsement!! We then moved to a mini-split heating/cooling system for our house. These guys were just terrific. We had 3 units put into our house and the team worked flawlessly. From Will (our super human sales guy) to Tina in the Joyce P&H office (customer care) to Calvin and his team, we were very well treated, on time and under budget. He was extremely cordial and I appreciated how he brought shoe covers (for when he had to walk around inside my home). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."

"Badly. 2 different techs came out. We paid for a Premium service and within hours of that tech coming out, our burner stopped working completely. Mind you there is a snowstorm. They sent out a new technician and he saw nothing wrong with the system at all. He said we had no oil. He said there was no footprints even going to my intake on the side of my house. It had snowed 2 times since oil was delivered, so that makes no sense. The tech was absolutely sure we had no oil. 3 days since the first visit now and we had oil delivered and the tank filled completely. Only 150 gallons went into my 250 gallon tank. So that's wrong. And I look at the front of my furnace and now see a slow drip from the front underneath the box on the front of the furnace. First tech recommended i replace the electrodes but said it didnt need it. Second tech didnt even mention that and said our system was good. Now, I will have to contact Angi for support and my insurance company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE"
