"Jason is a true professional, as is his assistant Nathan. Both are extremely polite. On the initial visit, Jason explained all of the functions of the water treatment system, and made suggestions on how to improve functionality by upgrading some components. To be clear, he never tried to upsell us on anything; he gave us a breakdown of different options and costs, and recommended the middle options. He was fair on his price, and within a few days, the work was done in a couple of hours. Although I was not home when they did the work, he FaceTimed me and explained everything to me. He also went above and beyond and reached out to the town concerning my well, in case anything needs to be addressed with that in the future. It is my opinion that you can t go wrong hiring this business for your water treatment system needs."

"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"
