He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation.
