"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"I purchased the $30 promotion for a hour of service. The owner showed up with an employee. They installed the water heater and unclogged the drain in 2 hours. I paid $170 plus the $30 promotion through Angie's List. I saved over $500 compared with the plumber that I had previously planned on using. I had a small connection problem on the water heater. "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. "My experience with the Spengler Company was great.  Colby arrived at my house on time and then proceeded to perform the cleaning of my air conditioning unit.  He found that our refrigerant was low so he filled that up.  And he also changed our air filter for FREE!  He then gave me six options to replace the water heater in our home.  It was over 20 years old and had been leaking on the floor.  We selected the second option and he called it in and our water heater was changed out the same day!  WOW.  What service!  We couldn't be happier.

"Josh and his team are outstanding!  I purchased an older home for my daughter.  Upon moving in, we noticed several tiles in the bathroom were shattered, cracked, missing or poorly affixed with silicone caulk.  We tried to clean the mold from around the tub/shower ahead of time, but the enormous amount of silicone caulk made it impossible.
Josh met me at the house a few days after closing.  He quickly removed a poorly installed tile so I could try to match color/size.  He even offered to call his tile sources if I could not find a match (house is 70yrs old).  I found a close match that day at Tile Source on Hanley/Laclede Station road, called Josh to schedule work.  Josh and his team met me exactly at the time scheduled on a Monday morning before work (from scheduling appointments with other vendors I quickly learned Josh's promptness was quite unique.  Other vendors were 1-2 hours late, or showed up a week late).   
Josh / team did a perfect job!  I will use them again and highly recommend them.

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
