"I called PlumbServe for an estimate to repair a main water line leak, but I decided not to use them. There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that can’t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that, even when it costs them. I'd happily recommend PlumbServe to anyone."

They came out and gave a very competitive estimate, offered to replace water heater within 24 hours (no need for us, ours was working, just rusted and beginning to leak) but despite not having the emergency need, they handled the install the next day. "Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Old copper water pipes in crawl space were slowly dripping water so decided to have all lines replaced. This was accomplished in one day. Old pipes were removed from site. Am very pleased with results "

"I was visiting my mom when Chris arrived. I live in Florida. His professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship was excellent. The water leakage problem under the kitchen sink was resolved at no additional cost. In addition, he provided some insight into resolving a clogged bathroom sink and offered to be the primary repairman for any plumbing issues for my mother.
