They built a nice brick planter bed in front of the house, replaced some old cracked concrete sidewalk and completed some much needed repointing on our old house in the fan. "The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair.
I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service
 then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old.

"The initial meeting went fine, the man who came out seemed very knowledgeable.  Once they began the work, they finished in a timely manner, although I did notice they hit concrete in one of the locations they were trying to dig.  When I came home after they were done (I had left the final check with my daughter to take care of - mistake), I noticed the 'repairs' to the bricks were extremely sloppy:  completely different color mortar, etc.  There was a lot going on at the moment so I did not contact them right away, and then I procrastinated further since some time had already gone by and this was cosmetic, but when I finally did contact them, I was told their brick person had been fired and they would fix the problem, and he would call back the next day.  He did not call, so I sent pictures a few days later and my husband called a month or two later, but they never contacted us.  Later I found out that they had not submitted the final inspection report to the county by the deadline so things could be properly closed out, but since I did have a copy, I was able to send that in.  By the way, the 'inspection' was based on a review of the 'drive logs.'  Now I have had additional cracks/sticking doors inside and I think there may be a new crack outside (I have not compared yet with my pictures taken earlier to verify it is new.)  I have not yet contacted them about this problem to see if they will respond.

"The project was extremely successful. We contacted John via email, described the job and asked that he let us know if the job was something he could carry out. He responded swiftly, provided a good initial response, and followed up with a phone call. We set up a date for his team to check out the job. They arrived on time and indicated they could install the microhood with ease. They gave suggestions and solutions, were not pushy and mentioned several references for their work. We set up a date a few days later. At that time, they arrived (again, on-time), got the work done, and stayed true to the original quote. We plan to get future estimates from them for cabinet work, siding and/ or painting. We would definitely use them again."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The owner is a nice guy. Very friendly and sweet.
But for my job, the bricks didn't match, he didn't fill in certain spots on the mortar that required filling, and he never came back to fix the spots he'd missed as he said he would.
He also replaced a prominent brick on our front steps, without shaping it correctly to fit the spot ... and the replacement brick looks so different from the other bricks that it looks funny. The mortar he used also doesn't match the existing mortar at all. 
I don't know much about masonry, and I don't know how high my expectations are. Are they unreasonably high? If you have a simple job where you don't care whether the replacement bricks match the existing bricks, he would do fine. But if you want the replacement bricks and mortar to match what's there, and if you want the job to look professional...make your expectations very, very clear.

"It's hard to find good help and these guys did a great job! The owner is very knowledgable and patient! I changed my mind on a few details of the deck and he was very accommodating for my requests. It turned out better than I imagined! I also had them install ceiling fans with lights in all my bedrooms (5) with new switched and receptacles in those rooms. They were courteous, respectful, clean and true professionals."
