He even gave me the name of a good plumber he trusts to do the work of piping into my existing natural gas. He pointed out that I would save money that way since I already pay for the distribution fees of my natural gas. <br>I was blown away by his honesty and the fact that he didn't even try to sell me on his product....which he could have! <br>True family business and they obviously have their priorities straight. "The techs showed up right on time and were friendly and professional. The toilet they were working on had had the seal replaced when we bought the house four years ago so the tech was surprised it was already leaking. After working on the toilet for a few minutes, they called me in to explain that the flange came up too high from the floor. He said they could cut the pipe to fix that issue, but that it would be much more expensive. Instead, we decided to use shims to make up for the height issue. They finished work on the toilet and then quickly fixed the sink pipe. I was originally quoted $175 for both repairs, but because the pipe was so corroded, it needed to be replaced (not just cleaned), thus resulting in a slightly higher cost. I could easily see the corrosion on the outside of the pipe, so I wasn't surprised and thought the price was still reasonable for both repairs. I would definitely call this company again for help!"
