The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Air Quality Testing. Mike Laperle is very professional and straight forward. He knew exactly what my issues are and went about testing for the air toxins I knew were contributing to part of the problem. If you need your home tested for air quality, not just mold and mildew, I recommend him. I did put in some air purification systems and filters that he sells and within 48 hours, there was a noticeable difference. Of course, I need more work done as the house is getting up there in years, as are the occupants[smile], but it's nice and financially reasonable to boot, to have had the air tested, being able to see exactly what was floating around, and then, being able to address some of the issues within 24 hours.
