"Our heating unit stopped working the first evening of continued sub-zero temps this past February. It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period. A friend of ours heard our situation and suggested we reach out to Integrated Mechanical. We called late Friday, they came out first thing Saturday morning, suggested we start by replacing one part of the inside heat unit first, drove to Fisher's to retrieve the part, replaced it, and by lunch Saturday we had warm air heating our home. The unit is still working great a month later. I was impressed with the professionalism, honest work, and genuine care Integrated Mechanical gave our family and cannot recommend them enough."

"My screened patio room had rotting wood and needed to be replaced. I had been looking for some time and met several vendors at the Indpls Flower and Patio Show. I had quotes from America's Best and 2 competitors. Prices were in the same general range, with America's Best Patios a few hundred dollars less. Paul (owner and genuine person) took time to discuss and helped me visualize many options. He provided a no-pressure dream-brainstorm session while being cost-conscious. Other vendors--while perhaps more business oriented and prompt on customer service--were heavy on the pressure to sign quickly and up-selling (which I despise). I am appreciative Paul does not pressure at all and offered photos and costs of their other work.
I was fairly flexible with timing, so combined with an order mix-up, my project was delayed longer than originally planned. Once materials were in and work was scheduled, it was a quick 2-days from start to finish. Austin cleaned up mess and took away debris. Customer service is good, though communications were sporadic leading up to date of service. I was flexible, so it still worked for me.
I am very pleased with the beautiful room, now enjoying the sun through the glass on a 36-degree day. I would recommend America's Best Patio to others. Thanks Paul, Valerie and Austin.
