"This was a over-time job, since they were booked up during normal hours and we were completely without hot water. One of their guys came out the next day on Saturday morning. Very professional, showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Replaced the hot the tank with a new one. Our old one was 18 years old, so made sense to replace it. They let us know the thermo-couple on the old one could be replaced, but probably would not be worth the cost given the age and condition of the tank and copper lines attached (much corrosion). I agreed. Job was completed in a few hours, done professionally and up to code. They removed a make-shift concrete dam around the old tank and installed a new pan under the new tank along with new copper lines to/from the tank. They cleaned up and took the old tank away."

In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. "I wanted to replace 3 old toilets (3.5 gal/flush) with the newer 1.28 gal/flush. Angie's had a deal with The Drain Doctor: $99 for installation of one member-provided toilet. This meant removing the old toilet (100 lbs) and moving it to another location, e.g., end of driveway. The deal also included a new water supply line and a wax ring. I bought 3 new toilets from Home Depot and paid Angie for 3 installations. Tommy, the owner, came on time and completed the 3 toilet installations in about 2 hours. He cleaned up the work areas when he was done. Tommy was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure there were no leaks. Note that I am 70 yrs old and the 3 old toilets and 3 new toilets are each around 100 lbs. Two of the toilets were on the second floor. It was worth the reasonable cost that Tommy charged to save my back (and also my wife's). Tommy was great and I would call him again."
