"Blue Star was there on site immediately. They service all three of my rental properties and used to service my home until I moved. They rock"

"Going to take two visits, but that is because they wanted to see if when the unit thawed the fan was still working and save me over $1000. Turns out the fan is shot. So, calling them back, but I know they will be able to fix it. They have done work for me on this unit before. They cannot service all units, as I have a business and they weren't able to fix that one. But, they said that when they got there and looked at it before they spent a lot of time or money on parts, so at least they are honest."

"very efficient and friendly service.

"These guys are awesome! The outside part of my HVAC system was completely bombed. All it would do was make clunking noises when the system tried to fire up. Briggs showed up and figured out the issue. They were able to coordinate and get parts on the same day, and get my system back up and running. These guys are amazing, I wouldn't call anyone else."

"Excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor. Profession and great rates. They never try to sell you something that you don't need. I purchased the service contract for 2 inspections (Fall and Spring)."

"Lucky managed to squeeze me in the day I called, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, and was back the next day to replace the timer on our dryer. And he applies his service fee toward any repair costs. I couldn’t have been happier with the work and will call him first for any appliance issues."

"I sent a text to Clover on a Sunday evening when the temperatures had dropped very low and one of our HVAC units was not working properly. I was surprised to get a response the same evening and an appointment the following day. The technician was prompt and professional and had the repair made within an hour of his arrival. We also discussed some other potential areas of concern but he did not try to sell me on any additional services. It’s hard to rate price since I didn’t have time to get competing quotes but Clover’s price seemed reasonable, especially given the weather and the need to get the unit working again as quickly as possible. This is the second time I’ve used the company and I give them a very favorable recommendation."

"They did an excellent service."

"Bekele did a fantastic job doing our fall furnace service. He recommended a compressor cover for the winter as well as a couple foam faucet covers to help prevent any freezing accidents over the winter. Have been a McCarthy customer for years and we continue to be very happy with their service."

"Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Communication: Easily scheduled the estimate through Angie's List messenger service. For those of us with hectic schedules where text, messaging, or email works better than a phone call, this is a must-have service. Only 2 of the 6 companies from whom I requested estimates respected that despite being my stated communication preference. After the estimate phase, timely communication continued via email to schedule the actual work, and the technician called me 30 minutes before arriving. Although the work was not time sensitive, company was very responsive from start to finish. Quality of Work: Of the six companies I contacted, this was 1 of 2 offering a free on-site estimate. The on-site estimate turned out to be crucial as there were specifics about the existing main pump and the piping that were not immediately apparent with the companies preferring to do virtual estimates using photos I sent. In addition, this company did not attempt to upsell me, which had become an increasing problem with my standard plumbing company. The technician installed an owner purchased, battery-backup, WIFI-enabled sump pump including a W-fitting, associated piping, and check valves. Overall, it was excellent work, and he walked me through it at completion. Pricing: Although the price for this specific work was the highest of the 3 highly ranked Angie’s List companies providing estimates, the technician's obvious expertise, upfront and clear appraisal with no upselling, timely communications, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project and made it all worth it."
