"Our heat went out on Sunday morning.  The Representative called right away after we spoke with dispatch.  They came to the house within a few hours, and fixed the problem quickly.  When done, he explained what had caused the issue and how we can prevent it in the future. (Our furnace is in our laundry area, the lint from the dryer makes the igniter and flame sensor dusty).  He replaced the flame sensor and well as the igniter.  The price, for weekend service was $265.00.  This was much better service than we have received for a similar issue in the past.  I would definetely use this service again.
