We have always been on automatic oil fill and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today - we needed a service and a replacement part. The technician was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time (David). He also had a more junior team member with him (Domenic) who was very respectful as well. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer.
