"The service was done very professionally and the installers were very polite and courteous."

"They are the hardest working most honest and polite team I've had the privilege of hiring. Wow!! They installed a Central Aire system in my home on a Federal Holiday! This was a split level home with a 140 degree attic at least ! They communicate well with each other and explained everything they were doing to the homeowner. The company practices competitive pricing which is important in this industry. Thank you Dino and team for going above and beyond for this family"

"This has been a big project. Removing old oil fired boiler which provided heat and domestic hot water. Installed duct in attic, furnace, heat pump, hot water tank. Upgraded electric service. The entire crew has been neat, organized, professional and the quality of workmanship has been great. I would recommend Elmarair to anyone in need of HVAC service or install."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They gave me a great estimate. Replaced old oil furnace with a heat pump and central air. Showed up on time. Jarid S and Nate M were the installers and very very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned up after the install and left me with a new system. They took the time to explain the system to me, GREAT price for heat pump, central air, whole house humidifier and air purification system. No more smelly old oil furnace for me! Thanks guys!"

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Work was done in a timely manner. Very professional & courteous. Quote was accurate and affordable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing hvac work done!"
