When Brandon showed up he was friendly, apologetic for taking so long to show up, and knowledgeable. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 30 to fix it. He had the necessary parts in his truck. Show-up fee (on a Saturday) was $89 for "diagnostics." Parts and labor for the repair was $111. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE."
