"Plank flooring installation was poorly done with hammer damage in a bathroom, which I had them replace the plank, but left a second damaged plank in the same bathroom. Also, did not measure correctly as there's a half inch space between where the tile plank was placed and the end of the room. Also, had a plumber doing work in my kitchen and he urged Stephen to add wall molding around the bathroom walls, which Stephen purchased and installed, which made a difference. is how Stephen hed to be told what to do (and urged) while doing this job by someone who's profession is very different, but knows more about quality than Stephen did/does. What stood out, also, is that Stephen brought in someone he was training to do this work, but stayed on the phone talking about personal matters, e.g., what he's paying this person per week, etc. When I suggested that he take calls like this in his truck, he did, but left the trainee fully unsupervised. Stephen, also, saw both bathrooms and suggested that I (aka: he) paint the tiles, bathtub, floors, tile on walls, etc. He did the half bathroom first and it looked good. A few days later, he asked the trainee to paint the main bathroom tile and used a different product, which left a huge mess on the hardwood floors and left hardened peaks on the wall tile and bathroom floor, the sink, the counters, etc. This second (cheaper) product left the main bathroom a mess and the paint doesn't stick to the tile, as you can see the many gaps and paint removed from one end to another end. Would I used Geaux Flooring Direcct, again? Not a chance! No. No. No. Very, very sorry I used this company and urge others to hire a company with staff who know what they're doing."
