"First of all, Papa T’s was the first company to reach out, literally two minutes after I requested a quote. Teri was very helpful on the phone. I called on New Year’s Day, and she said she could have someone at my home that afternoon. After explaining that our late afternoon was not available, she pivoted to offering an early afternoon window. She gave the price upfront, so there would be no surprises. After hanging up, she called back within twenty minutes to say that the technician had already finished the call he was on and could be at my place by noon. Sure enough, I received a text at 11:40 saying he was headed my way. When Tom and Brian arrived, they got straight to work, quickly diagnosing my situation and fixing the cause. Tom also explained to me how to fix the issue in the future, saving me money in the future. After solving my problem AND making a couple of improvements to make my machine run more efficiently, they only charged me the diagnostic fee for the repair. I’ll definitely be calling Papa T’s for A/C and Heat issues in the future. Thanks so much!"

"The estimate and scheduling went great, install seemed OK, until I was told my electric line going to unit had no power. Installer said he'd checked a breaker that was off by turning it on but nothing happened so he turned it back off. I assumed (like an idiot, without confirming for myself) that this was the breaker to my hot tub which is not in use. Called an electrician out next day and paid $175 to be told my breaker was off. Never felt so stupid. Flipped breaker on and since it was evening and I do not live in the house because it's being renovated, set unit on "cool only" mode and left. When I returned next day it was 97 degrees in the house. The high outside was around 70. I called first thing Monday morning and they got someone out by noon to fix it. This gentleman was great- polite and competent. He rewired everything and fixed some other things that had been done wrong. It has worked fine since. So, there was an initial screw up, but they were courteous and quick to repair it. Their customer service has been great. I'd use them again, tho I'd request to not have the same crew that installed this system. My house is old and a bit unusual, so maybe it was just something those guys hadn't run into before."

"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."
