"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. "My wife and I found out about Cherry Roofing and Siding from our son-in-law Mike Clyburn who is a job planner for Cherry. He set up the visit with the sales rep and ordered the materials for the job. We were visited by the sales rep Mike Schmidt. He inspected the current roof and estimated the work to be done. The roof on the house and the garage were to be replaced (20 square) along with downspout work on the garage. He spent a lot of time explaining the techniques, materials, and timing to complete the job. The crew headed by Mike Kane came the day of the job. They were efficient, their work top notch and left the jobsite as clean as they found it. All the work was completed as expected in one day. The gutter and downspout work were completed in about 1 hour the next day. I have included 2 pics of the finished job.
