I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial. "

"Poor quality work. Monty and his sons finished our project just over a year ago. We have had problems with every aspect of the work that was done - plumbing, electric, HVAC, cabinets/drawers, flooring, tile, appliance installation. Most recently was a $300 bill to reinstall the garbage disposal that Monty and his sons incorrectly installed. The plumber said he'd never seen such a lazy job done. For the record, I presented Monty a list of issues a year ago and instead of fixing them, he walked out on us.
