To ARS’s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done. "The a/c unit stopped cooling late in the day on 7/3 (of course, holiday coupled with record high temperatures). I left a voice mail with Carl Tucci and he returned it at 0800 on 7/5 (I had not categorized this as an emergency). His technician came out and troubleshot the unit and concluded the installed start/run capacitor had failed on the compressor side. He did not have an exact replacement on the truck so he installed (as a temporary measure) a second capacitor for the compressor. Sometime during the early morning hours the next day, the air conditioning unit stopped running again. I left another voice mail with Carl and he very quickly had his technician at my house with the needed (permanent) capacitor. He installed the capacitor and did a general check of the system. He Determined it was working fine. He informed me that Carl had told him and quot;no chargeand quot; for the second visit. I can tell you from personal experience this is very unusual. Several hours after the tech left, Carl called to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I am more than satisfied. I feel like for the first time I didn't get ripped off by a repairman. I would (and intend to) recommend All Phase Mechanical to my friends.
