"Travis Grove contacted me less than a minute after I submitted a request. He came day-of on a Friday afternoon to inspect, and quickly found the capacitor had failed. He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. Travis was friendly and easy to talk to. His price was very reasonable, including all parts and multiple hours of labor over two days. My system is working well and cooling better than before.
