The same issue still exists and I am considering hiring somebody else to come and take a look. They come and do what they tell me they are going to do, I am just not pleased that it is repetitive. The same guy consistently comes out each time. He is personable and friendly.    I would them to do a more thorough trouble shoot. The ground wire is to prevent tripping the whole system -- the safety switch. Why is the safety switch going off -- why aren't they looking at why the safety switch is going off? </p>"
