I explained to Bob that we where remodeling our kitchen and wanted to have a pot filler installed asap as sheet rock was being installed in the morning and the pipe needed to be in place so they could sheet rock around it. We used the Mitsubishi mini-split system with a wall mounted ductless unit for the first floor of a colonial and an air handler in the Attic for the second floor essentially creating two zones, all fed by an outside condenser. Nutmeg installers were very professional in all aspects of the insulation, they laid down protective plastic film on the floors, wore booties over there shoes and cleaned up at the end of each day.
