If we did need one we wanted a written estimate of how much it would cost to have the company install the Trane brand unit for us. The technician arrived in a timely manner with dust covers for his shoes. He thoroughly inspected both air conditioner units as well as our furnace. He also took photos of each part that he checked out on his cell phone. When he was done he explained everything that he had done and discussed his photographs. He recommended that one unit be replaced. He said that he would send his recommendations by email which he did. I asked him to include the installation of the Trane air conditioner in his recommendation a number of times. He did not do this."

For a process that is large/complex/physically demanding Hector and his team, just got started and ground through the process like professionals (that they are). I was particularly impressed by the check list or run-down Hector did at the end each day with his team. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with both James and Hector through the entire process. One added note: “Johnny On the Spot Air Conditioning & Heating” answered the phone on the second ring every time… cannot say that about every company I got quotes from here in Las Vegas."
